HPMD's Measurement Information Quotient, or M-IQ, is a survey designed to assess the level of a company's score-keeping effectiveness. The survey looks at five non-financial areas of measurement: customers, employees, operations, reporting and strategic objectives. Results of the survey can be used to pinpoint areas where improvements in measurement can be most effective.
