The steps for the spreadsheet update are as follows. For a more detailed explanation of the steps, double-click here
1. Load Excel 5.0 and open the spreadsheet file SCARD-x.XLS (Where x is the letter identification letter for your region).
2. Make sure the region name is correctly entered on the DataEntry page (in cell Xn)
3. Enter data for the month into the given month's column on the DataEntry page.
4. Enter the month-end date for the data on the Scorecard page (in cell F3).
5. Print monthly reports and graphs.
