CORPORATE VALUES CLARIFICATION

The first step in our program of positive change is clarify what's good and right in the organization. These will be the core values which underlie our company and each department. They say what type of business we are in terms of what we believe in, rather than what type of strategic focus we have. Values then, are the guiding principles we use in making all our business decisions. The following exercises will help determine what guidelines we follow, or ought to follow in our day-to-day roles as managers.
