AN NLP BIBLIOGRAPHY

Here is a sampling of books and chapters that provide an introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (or NLP for short). The techniques described by these authors are useful for managing on-the-job stress and confidence building.

Bandler, Richard, and John Grinder, Frogs into Princes, Moab, Utah: Real People Press, 1979. See pp. 79-136 on Anchoring.

Bandler, Richard, and John Grinder, Reframing, Moab, Utah: Real People Press, 1982. This book deals with the reframing concepts introduced in the author's earlier work.

Faulkner, Charles, and Robert McDonald, Success Mastery with NLP, New York: Simon & Schuster Audio, 1994. An audio cassette of the author's book of the same title. It provides detailed NLP exercises.

Robbins, Anthony, Unlimited Power, New York: Fawcett Columbine, 1986. Tony Robbin's books and seminars have popularized NLP. See chapter 17 on "Anchoring Yourself to Success" on pp. 314-339.

Robbins, Anthony, Unlimited Power, Nightingale Conant, 1986. An extensive audio cassette program of the author's best selling book, it contains many NLP exercises.

Robbins, Anthony, Awaken the Giant Within, New York: Simon & Schuster Audio, 1991. An audio cassette of the popular book, it introduces a number of NLP exercises.
